2. The characteristics of this group of tenements is that they include advanced targets which are ready for drilling to enable resources to be proved up to an extent that they can be economically exploited.
3. To have a board of directors with skills in a mix of accounting, finance raising, geology and law.
4. To operate as a gold explorer until sufficient reserves are identified to empower the company to step up to active mining. The company's present assets are EL's at Oberon, Ophir, Dalton, Corang, Mongarlowe and Muttama.
